My phone is plugged in but I can’t make or receive calls?
Firstly please reboot your phone by unplugging the ethernet cable in the back and plugging it back in. If the problem persists please call our Support Team on 0330 113 5999 or Raise A Support Case.
I can make calls but I can’t receive them?
Please check to see if Do Not Disturb (DND) is activated. If this function is on you will see a circle with a line through it on the top left of your screen; to deactivate this just press the DND soft key which is third from the left under the screen.
I can't access my Voicemail?
To access your Voicemail press the Messages key on the bottom left of your phone and then the Connect soft key. The default Pin is 3768 and you will be given the option to change this once you log in. We also offer Voicemail to email at no extra cost; to set this up please refer to Section 9 the User Guide.
How do I set up call forwarding?
To set up Call Forwarding please refer to Section 8 of the User Guide. Once you have customised this you can easily switch Call Forwarding on and off by dialling the following Feature Access Codes:
